For Founders

BUILD LOCALLY. THINK REGIONALLY. SCALE GLOBALLY.

Most founders are one market, one investor conversation or one partner away from a different trajectory — and have no reliable way to reach any of them.

The founder problem

Your ceiling is usually your network, not your product.

You can improve a product with effort. You cannot manufacture access to an investor who has never heard of you, a corporate buyer three countries away or an operator who has already made every mistake you are about to make.

Founders in Asia, the Middle East and Africa often build strong businesses inside a single market and then stall — not because demand elsewhere doesn't exist, but because reaching it requires relationships they have no path into.

ISAMEA exists so that the second market, the first cross-border investor and the first regional partner are reachable.

What founders get

Support that maps to how companies actually grow.

Incubation

A structured pathway: honest assessment, growth strategy, business-model pressure testing and preparation for what comes next — not a generic curriculum.

Mentorship

Access to operators and experts who have built, sold, raised or scaled in the specific markets you care about. Guidance grounded in local reality.

Investor connections

Preparation first, introductions second. We help you become fundable to cross-regional capital, then connect you where there is genuine fit. No guaranteed funding.

Market access

Mapping, partner discovery and introductions for entering a new market with a plan rather than a plane ticket.

Partnerships

Distribution, integration, joint go-to-market and corporate pilots — the relationships that create revenue without requiring dilution.

Intelligence

What is happening in your sector across the three regions: who is funding, who is buying, who is competing and where entry is realistic.

International opportunities

Corporate challenges, tenders, pilots, programmes and collaborations circulating inside the ecosystem.

Founder community

Peers dealing with the same cross-border problems in adjacent markets — the fastest source of practical answers.

Visibility

A verified presence inside a network of investors, corporates and institutions actively looking across three regions.

The process

From application to cross-border traction.

No two companies move at the same pace, but the sequence is consistent.
  1. 01

    Apply & assess

You share where the company is, what you are trying to reach and what is blocking it. We assess fit honestly — including telling you when the timing is wrong.

  2. 02

    Position & prepare

We work on how the business is articulated to investors, partners and buyers in markets that do not know you.

  3. 03

    Map the ecosystem

We identify the specific investors, corporates, partners and market routes relevant to your sector and stage.

  4. 04

    Connect deliberately

Introductions are made with context on both sides through ISAMEA Match — not bulk forwarding.

  5. 05

    Enter & execute

Where a market is the goal, Market Access supports entry: partners, structure, first customers and local support.

  6. 06

    Grow with the ecosystem

Ongoing intelligence, mentorship, opportunity flow and chapter participation as you expand into further markets.

Who this is for

Founders who are serious about crossing a border.

You do not need to be venture-scale, funded or post-revenue. You do need to be building something real.
  • Early-stage founders validating in one market with regional ambition
  • Growth-stage companies preparing a second or third market entry
  • Technical founders who need commercial and market context
  • Founders preparing for their first cross-border investor conversations
  • Companies with proven demand seeking distribution partners abroad
  • Founders solving problems common to multiple emerging markets

Honest answers

What founders usually ask.

Will ISAMEA get me funded?

No one can promise that, and we do not. We help you become investor-ready, give you visibility inside an investor network across three regions, and make introductions where there is genuine fit. The outcome of any conversation is between you and the investor.

Do I need to be in Asia, the Middle East or Africa?

You need a meaningful connection to at least one of the three regions — as a market you operate in, sell into or intend to enter.

What does it cost?

Membership is publicly priced and is the standard entry point. Incubation and Market Access are separate commercial programmes with published pricing on their pages.

How is this different from an accelerator?

An accelerator is a fixed programme with a start and an end. ISAMEA is an ecosystem you stay inside: incubation is one engine within it, alongside market access, intelligence, matching, corporates and chapters.

What would change if the right three people knew what you were building?

Apply to join ISAMEA and put your company in front of an ecosystem that spans three regions.
