By using this website or engaging any ISAMEA Global service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

ISAMEA Global operates a cross-regional ecosystem providing access, information, introductions, programmes and advisory support across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

ISAMEA is not an investment fund, broker, dealer, placement agent, financial adviser, legal adviser or tax adviser. Nothing we provide constitutes investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice.

We do not guarantee funding, investment, deal flow, partnerships, customers, market entry success, revenue or any other commercial outcome.

Introductions are made on a good-faith basis. What happens in any resulting relationship is entirely between the parties involved, and each party remains responsible for its own diligence and decisions.

Membership and programme applications are reviewed individually. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and may end a membership or engagement where conduct is inconsistent with the standards of the ecosystem.

You agree that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.

Chapter President, Board Advisor, Global Ambassador and Strategic Council are appointed roles with eligibility criteria and responsibilities. They are not available for purchase, are not included in any membership tier, and are not conferred in exchange for payment or sponsorship.

Appointments are subject to review and may be concluded where responsibilities are not met.

Membership and commercial services are priced publicly on this website. Prices are stated in USD and exclude any applicable taxes or duties unless expressly stated otherwise.

Membership fees are annual and are not refundable once membership has commenced, except where required by applicable law. Programme and engagement terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

We may change published pricing for future purchases. Existing engagements are honoured on their agreed terms.

Participants must engage honestly and professionally, must not misrepresent themselves, their business or their credentials, and must not use ecosystem access for spam, unsolicited solicitation or misleading commercial activity.

Information shared in confidence within the ecosystem — including opportunities, intelligence and member details — must be treated as confidential and not redistributed.

The content of this website, including text, design, reports and materials produced by ISAMEA, is owned by ISAMEA Global or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it commercially without written permission.

You retain ownership of information and materials you provide, and grant us permission to use them for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested.

The ecosystem includes independent third parties. ISAMEA does not control and is not responsible for the conduct, statements, performance or obligations of any other participant.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISAMEA Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or business interruption arising from use of the site, the ecosystem or any introduction.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to ISAMEA for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as our services develop. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
